Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, please email us with your order number, the address you ordered from, and the new address you want to use now. We’ll see if we can change that for you. If your package has already been shipped, you may need to contact the courier yourself.
If you receive an error or defective product, please submit a support ticket with a picture/video that clearly shows the problem. We will check it to see if we can offer a full/partial refund or exchange.
Once a product is returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 72 hours to process. After processing your return, we will email you a confirmation. Funds may be returned within 7-10 business days after receipt of the confirmation email. Customers may be responsible for paying return shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
The situations listed below are not covered by our Returns and Exchanges Policy:
- Damage caused by improper use and maintenance;
- Subjective factors such as personal preference, taste, personality uncertainty, etc.
Customers can request an exchange or return within about 10 days of receiving the product.
